What is your weather policy?

Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel delivery due to heavy rain or high winds. If we must cancel due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule your rental or receive a refund.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE in Deltona, Orange City, Debary, Lake Helen, Osteen, and Cassadaga.

What kind of power is required?

Our infltables plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply an extension cord, but we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 75ft from that outlet.

What type of surface can the bounce house be placed on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can also set up on concrete, asphalt, sand or dirt. We will ask when placing your ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we are prepared with the proper anchors to safely secure your inflatable. NOTE: We use heavy duty, 12-18 inch stakes to anchor into the ground/grass as required by insurance and for safety purposes.

How much room do I need to set up a bounce house?

This will depend upon which inflatable you are renting. When you call to reserve you rental, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular inflatable you will be renting.

Are inflatables clean and safe?

Absolutely! We clean, sanitize, and inspect each of our inflatables after every rental to ensure that we always deliver a safe product. Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. Each bounce house comes with a safety front step, emergency exits, and 18 inch stake tie downs. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the inflatable.

What are the bounce house rules?

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • No shoes, food, gum, candy, drinks, party confetti, or sharp objects of any kind.
  • No climbing on the walls/netting or pulling down/hanging from the inside pillars.
  • No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting.
  • No SILLY STRING! (We have the right to enforce up to a $1000.00 cleaning fee as this will cause permanent damage to our inflatables)
  • Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time.

    Is there a deposit required to reserve a bounce house?

    Yes. We require a $20 deposit to ensure your inflatable is reserved for the day of your party.

    When should I reserve an inflatable?

    Inflatables are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Popular bouncers can book up 1-2 months in advance. The earlier you book, the more choices you have to choose from. If you have a date, please reserve early. If an inflatable is available, we are able to take same day reservations.

    How do I reserve my bounce house?

    Simple! Just call us at (386)631-8437 and we will happily reserve your unit and answer any questions you might have.

    Can I reschedule my rental?

    Yes! If weather or some other event requires that you change your rental date we will happily reschedule your rental.

    What if I have to cancel?

    If given at least 48 hour notice prior to your rental date we will be able to offer a refund of your deposit price. If cancellation takes place with less than 48 hours from your rental date, you will not be eligible to receive a refund but you will have the option to reschedule.
